There is a consensus among many respected Bible teachers and prophecy scholars that we are nearing the time of the Lord’s return.
Everywhere you look there are recurring themes in newspapers, blogs, and world news outlets for weeks now. Ebola, ISIS, and natural disasters dominate media outlet headlines. One look around at the world today and we will see that birth pains are increasing.
On that day we will see our Lord face to face and He will give us our rewards or we will suffer loss based on what we do for His kingdom in this life.
There is an exact day, hour, minute, and second when the Lord Jesus will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God to take us home to be with Him. Every opportunity we have to serve and live for Him here will be over. This will be our zero hour.
This writer believes there is a direct correlation between the diminishing popularity of the repentance message today and the ultimate widespread rejection of repentance by most during the Great Tribulation.
