The SCOTUS has let me, and many others, down in the recent rejection of the Texas vs. Pennsylvania hearing on the evidence of election irregularities and on the usurping of the authority of state legislatures. As a patriot, an immigrant, and a citizen who loves this country, I would have accepted and submitted to the leadership of any winner of a clean, fair, and valid election, where I trust every vote counted, and the American people have voted; Republican or Democrat. I desire a fair election and a real democracy more than my candidate to win. I have counted on SCOTUS to hear me and many others in our plea for an open mind in pursuit of the truth. I was let down and lost faith. There is no reason to ask again.
There was a woman in Cannan who pleaded with Jesus to heal her daughter. He ignored her many pleadings. She insisted, and he again said no, it was not His purpose. She insisted again, and He told her no, again, she was not in a position to ask and had no right to receive it. She agreed with Him but continued to plead again, appealing to His mercy and goodness, and He marveled at her faith. He granted her all she requested. Mt 15:21-28.
Our God is a better SCOTUS. He can be silent to our prayers, He can say no at this time, and I can still come the next day and ask again, appealing to his mercy and goodness, knowing He can grant me my request if I continue in faith. It can take 40 years, and I still know I have a chance to obtain mercy from Him the same. I don’t have to lose faith.
Faith is all that is required. Faith in His authority, His justice, and His mercy. Not faith in “name it and claim it” entitlement, but faith in His goodness, understanding that we don’t deserve His grace, but appealing to His nature to give it anyway.
Don’t lose faith in God, in whatever prayer you have prayed for years. His mercy is unbelievably great, trust me. I have experienced it, and so did many others.
Don’t lose faith in Him.
