I've been noticing a trend in recent months. There have been terrorist incidents and trouble brewing all over the globe and only a minority of people seem to have taken notice. The trend goes something like this: There is a major act of terrorism or some other crisis and it makes the news for one day at best. In just a few short days, the event is all but forgotten or buried under the classifieds on the last page. Why should we be concerned that we are living in a day when George Clooney's wedding receives more media coverage than recent a terrorist attack and for a greater period of time? Maybe it's because those of us who are watching and waiting for the Lord's return see an increase in pivotal events that are going by unnoticed.....under the radar.
